Steve is a founding partner of Rubens Nunnemaker LLP and leads the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Group. He has performed numerous valuation engagements in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, genetics and also has experience in intangible valuation. For more than fifteen years, Steve has provided compliance and business consulting services for his diverse client base. He has extensive experience with planning considerations and concluding elements in both corporate and partnership liquidations and reorganizations.

Before starting Rubens Nunnemaker LLP, Steve was a partner at Leibowitz Shumaker Berger & Rubens LLP for almost three years. During this time, he led the Firm's Business Valuation Group and managed its San Francisco office.

Steve graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He went on to obtain his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steve enjoys the city life from his home in San Francisco.
